What is capacity and ops?
Capacity refers to how full your days feel. Also known as "bandwidth" or "how many tasks I can squeeze into an already busy day."
Ops refers to "operations" which are all the actions that need to happen to make your business operate and grow.

What is an Author Capacity & Ops Audit?
Put simply, it's me looking at your business with fresh eyes and experience to guide you toward your next steps for growth. I maintain my own hobby-level author career while working with my amazing clients to grow their businesses and support their day-to-day operations. I want to share that skillset with you, to take some of the pressure off your shoulders.

What if I'm not a good fit?
There are two sides to this equation that need to be considered in equal measure. If I feel like you're not a good fit for my style, or if it seems like I'm not a good fit for your needs, then we will not proceed and you will receive a full, no-hard-feelings refund. Out of respect for your time and mine, and for your goals and mine, I'll be unapologetically honest in this.

Can I continue to work with you after this audit?
Maybe. My goal is to ensure you have everything you need to move forward with confidence once your audit is complete. If working with me is a logical solution for any of your next steps, then we can talk about what that might look like. I do offer a flat hourly rate for consultations and operations, which may be offered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

Is this a Best Page Forward service?
This program is not affiliated with nor endorsed by Best Page Forward or Bryan Cohen. While I work closely with Bryan and the team in my (very awesome) day job, the products and services offered on this site are my own.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only available up until your Audit Start Date. This date will be provided to you after you purchase for your confirmation, and after that date there are no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions available.

When will I receive my completed Audit?
Your completed Audit will be delivered 21 days after your agreed-upon Audit Start Date.

When will I get to use my week of email support?
Your week of email support will begin on your Audit Delivery Date.

How do I pay?
Payment will be made through PayPal, and is due prior to confirming your Audit Start Date. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
